The United States Military has been falling short of its Enlistment Quotas for years, and after coming to the conclusions of it no longer being possible to bring back the Draft in order to bring more of its Citizens into the Military, the United States Government has decided to create entirely new Humans through science which they can control so they can put them on the field of battle all over the world for the United States, but their Scientist do not know how to create these artificial Humans and need the only man in the world who does know how to create them: Henry Mellington! But Henry Mellington has no desire to share his knowledge with the U.S. Government, leaving the United States to send its Minions out to capture Henry Mellington and extract the information from him!
